Sending your dossier to Secretary of State......
Our SOS was in Austin, TX which is only a 3.5 hour drive for us so we hand delivered our papers ourselves and we were in and out in 20 minutes!
The ONLY four NOTARIZED documents that need to go to the SOS are:
1-Homestudy
2-Psychological evaluation
3-Letter to the IBESR
4-Power of Attorney
After that is done you are ready for translation!
